Haters Tirade This Cute Baby For Having Morena Skin, And It Goes Horribly Wrong
When netizens are too much lah!

One Instagram user wrote awful negative comments on the post, particularly on Lucia's (Bianca's baby) looks and skin color.

Bianca tried to keep her composure from the said comments — that seems too off for her young one.

Gonzalez responded by saying that she has no plans of changing her daughter's natural skin color, and that there's no problem with being morena! "It's the color of Filipino skin," she said. (GO GIRL!)

OMG. She's too cute!!!
Why do Filipinos have this "White Skin" standard for Beauty?
The pasty white and plump standards of the Victorian days, to the tanned western beauties in the 50s — humanity has always been changing ideas of beauty.
However in this country of Malays, our idea of beauty has always been fixed with tisays or mestizas — as this color is something that all of us do not have. This also proves how fixated and ingrained the Western standards are to Filipinos.
Our Spanish colonizers during the Hispanic times, considered Filipinos as a second-class citizen because of the standard of beauty that was set by the conquistadores. This made indios ashamed of their own color.
Is having lighter skin better for Filipinos?
Dark skin is BEAUTIFUL
There ain't no explanation needed!
