What does she think of Filipino food?!
Seeing her is so comforting. It makes everyone excited for what she will pull out from the oven! The Philippines would've probably smelled like pot roast and beautiful silken pancakes. But actually, the Philippines smelled like Filipino food. Mainly because Chefs here and there were eager to feed the goddess with Filipino food that she would adore!
Filipino food is quite robust– which is a step from her relaxed persona and heavenly voice. So we were also eager to know what she thought of them!
What were the food she got to try?
Fresh buko and fruit shakes
She was spotted in Salcedo Saturday market during the weekend in her cute straw hat and sunglasses dodging the Manila sun.
She reportedly had some buko and fruit shakes to refresh her from the heat.

Sisig
Sisig is made of (mostly) pork ear and diced up pork face and served in a sizzling hotplate with egg and lime.
It's a different dish for her but she loved it!
Sinigang
Everyone's favorite Filipino food which seconds to the Adobo as being the "national dish." Many people from different cultures do not appreciate Sinigang for its tangy taste but we're glad Nigella loves it!
Leche flan
A fan gave her a bunch of leche flans and she described it as "Tocino De Cielo" which is the Spanish version of leche flan. She says that it is an example of the Spanish influence which is very strong in the Philippines.
