Here are some moments that you might have missed from yesterday's hearing
1. Sen. Leila De Lima made clear that she was put to test, and a victim of character assassination
2. When Sen. Trillanes told Sen. Cayetano, "Hindi kita papopormahin" and Senator De Lima referees like a mom
3. Senator Leila de Lima presents a witness who claims to be a member of the Davao Death Squad, however Broadcaster Erwin Tulfo doesn't seem to agree with her

Senator Panfilo Lacson on Friday chided Senator Leila de Lima for keeping witness Edgar Matobato a secret before he was presented at the resumption of the Senate hearing on drug-related killings said in a report of [GMA News](http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/581489/news/nation/lacson-questions-credibility-of-alleged-davao-death-squad-member-matobato).
"Kung co-chairman ako sa pagdinig sana man lang nasabihan ako ng aking co-chair, although siya ang lead committee dito, na may lalabas na witness," Lacson said.
"Pero hindi nagkaroon ng ganoong courtesy. Nabulaga kaming lahat. Siya lang nakakaalam. Mukhang silang dalawa lang ni Sen. Trillanes ang nakakaalam na may magte-testify," he said referring to Senator Antonio Trillanes IV.
7. Senator Koko rejects protection for Matobato
Witness Edgar Matobato left the Senate grounds Thursday evening after Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III rejected the request of Senator Leila de Lima to place him under the protection and custody of the Senate.
Trillanes told reporters that he was disappointed after Pimentel rejected the committee's request.
"Senator Pimentel's office has just informed us that he has denied the committee's request for Senate custody of Mr. Edgar Matobato," Trillanes said.
Trillanes said although he does not know what will happen next, he said that they will protect Matobato.
8. Trillanes refers to President Duterte as 'Ampatuan of Davao City,' 'Pablo Escobar of PHL'
Senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Thursday described President Rodrigo Duterte as the "Ampatuan of Davao City," after hearing the testimony of witness Edgar Matobato that Duterte had ordered the murder of several individuals in Davao when he was city mayor.
"Based on the testimony niya kanina, 'yung impression that I got is parang ito yung Ampatuan of Davao City. 'Yung ganung culture of impunity na kahit sino na lang ang makursunadahan ay papatayin," Trillanes told reporters in an interview.
Trillanes was referring to a powerful clan in Maguindanao blamed for the 2009 massacre of 58 people, including journalists.
9. Duterte's sister denies Digong had her dance instructor killed
Presidential sister Jocelyn Duterte on Thursday denied the claims of witness Edgar Matobato that her brother ordered the killing of a dance instructor who allegedly dated her for money.
Jocelyn denied having a relationship with any DI and had no knowledge of any slain intstructors.
"I have been dancing for 20 years and I have never been involved in that manner that they are trying to imply. That's malicious in nature," Jocelyn said.
10. PNP Chief Bato says there's no such thing as 'Davao Death Squad'

Dela Rosa, a former police director of Davao City, said his investigations into the matter turned up no results.
"Ilang beses na inimbestigahan yung DDS na sinasabi nila. Creation lang yan ng media pero wala talagang tao na nagsabi na may DDS na isang grupo. Alam ko may vigilante diyan kasi may namamatay nga e and ever since ilang beses ko hinahabol yung vigilante na tinatawag nyo na DDS, ilang beses na hinahamon ko ng barilan dahil ayaw ko yang ginagawa nila na extrajudicial killings," he said.
