Driver Runs Over Man And Attacks His Son Over RM25 Debt

The incident, which took place on Monday, 24 March, allegedly began over an unpaid RM25.
The suspect, who arrived at the victim's home in a white Perodua Myvi, confronted the victim's 10-year-old son. According to reports, the suspect then physically assaulted the child.
The victim, a 38-year-old man, had just returned home and witnessed his son being attacked.
When he stepped in to stop the altercation, the suspect responded by ramming his car into him, pinning him against the house's fence and causing structural damage, reported Oriental Daily News.
Following the attack, the man abandoned his vehicle and fled the scene
The injured victim suffered a fractured left leg and was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment. Police were alerted shortly after and visited the hospital to gather statements from the victim.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the case, though further details have yet to be disclosed.
