1 Utama has finally rolled out its licence plate recognition (LPR) system across its car parks
But for now, it's only available to ONECARD Members.
That means you can now park completely card-free: just drive in, drive out, and let the system handle everything.
Here's how it works:
If you're a ONECARD member, register your vehicle(s) on the 1 Utama SuperApp under the 'PARK' icon to enjoy the cheaper ONECARD parking rates.
When you arrive, the system will scan your plate at the boom gate, let you in, and automatically deduct your parking fee from your 1PAY e-Wallet.
Do note: Once you switch to cardless parking, you won't be able to use your physical ONECARD for parking anymore
Your Car Park Credits will also be merged into your 1PAY balance.
If you don't switch to the cardless system, you may still use the physical ONECARD.
