The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra promises to be the strongest cordless stick vacuum currently available. Here's what happened after two weeks of testing.

When I unboxed the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra, the first thing that struck me was how premium it felt.

It's not just the aesthetics, which are sleek, clean, and with a matte finish. But also at how thoughtfully every part of the vacuum is designed. It looks like a piece of smart home tech rather than a household chore essential.

Even before switching it on, the sheer size of the Clean Station and the modular tools hinted that this isn't your average cordless vacuum. Once I started using it, it more than delivered on its promises.

At the heart of the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is Samsung's HexaJet Motor, delivering up to 400W of suction power

That's a significant leap above the average for cordless vacuums, and you feel it instantly.

I tested in my home for two weeks. For context, I have five kids aged 3 to 16, my floors are a battlefield of crumbs, arts and crafts scraps, and everyday mess.

The Jet Ultra easily picked up fine dust, bits of food, and even glitter from both hard floors and carpets, most of the time in a single pass. The suction remains strong even as the dustbin fills, and it doesn't struggle on thicker rugs or uneven surfaces.

As someone who was constantly doing multiple passes over the carpet with my personal cordless stick vacuum (that will remain nameless), this was a total game changer.

The vacuum also includes AI Cleaning Mode 2.0, which intelligently detects the type of surface and automatically adjusts suction power

This not only saves battery life, but also optimises cleaning efficiency.

It's especially handy if your home has multiple carpets or rugs. You no longer have to manually change the settings based on what you're vacuuming.

The sensors can occasionally miss small thresholds or corner transitions, but on the whole, it was great.

One standout feature is the dual-battery setup

The vacuum comes with a high-capacity 100-minute battery and a lighter 60-minute battery, giving users up to 160 minutes of total runtime when swapped out.

In everyday use, this meant I could vacuum my whole house, upstairs and downstairs, at one go, without constantly watching the battery percentage.

It's a major relief 'cause honestly, there's nothing more potong stim than finally working up the motivation to clean your house then having your vacuum die midway.

The Clean Station is where Samsung takes cordless vacuums to the next level

Instead of manually emptying the vacuum bin (which often releases a puff of dust), the Clean Station automatically suctions the contents into a 2-litre sealed bag when docked.

It's incredibly satisfying to just drop the vacuum in and walk away, especially for allergy-prone users like me. No dust clouds, no fiddling, no spills. Just a genuinely mess-free experience that's hard to go back from.

Samsung has equipped the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra with a multi-layer HEPA filtration system that captures dust particles as small as 0.3 microns

This includes fine dust, pollen, and pet dander, making it a strong contender for households concerned with indoor air quality. The filters are washable too, which helps keep long-term maintenance costs down.

It's a detail that might go unnoticed, but it significantly improves overall hygiene, especially if you have furry family members at home.

The vacuum includes a generous selection of accessories that make it suitable for just about any cleaning task

These include the Active Dual Brush for multi-surface use, a Slim LED Brush for reaching under furniture, a pet hair tool, a crevice tool, and more.

The brushes are easy to attach, and storage is integrated into the dock. While the main brush handles most jobs well, the extras add versatility for tight spaces and specialty jobs.

To be honest, I'm far too lazy to change brushes and found cleaning up easy and thorough.

On the handle is an intuitive LCD display showing current suction mode, remaining battery, and alerts

It also connects to the SmartThings app, where you can monitor usage, battery health, and even receive firmware updates. Unexpectedly, the vacuum can also sync with your smartphone to display call and message notifications; it is Samsung after all. 😉

There are a few things to keep in mind. The Clean Station is quite bulky, so make sure you have enough floor space where you plan to dock it.

Also, while the brushes are generally low-maintenance, they can occasionally tangle with long hair, which means some manual removal will still be needed.

This vacuum also positions itself firmly in the premium price bracket, and costs around RM4,499 (depending on promotions).

The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra offers a comprehensive cleaning experience

If your home requires daily vacuuming or you have young children or pets, this is an investment worth making.

The features, performance, and polish more than justify the cost. It doesn't just keep your floors tidy, it really changes how you feel about cleaning altogether.
