Just in time for those heading back towards the south for the festive season, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) is offering 30% off ETS fares from KL Sentral to Kluang for Deepavali

The promo runs from 20 October to 30 November, covering travel dates between 24 October and 30 November. Just enter the promo code GO2KLUANG30 when buying your ticket via the KTMB app or website.

Each user can redeem the code up to five times, and with 5,000 promo codes up for grabs, you'll want to be quick.

Don't worry, KTMB has also added extra trains for the festive rush

To handle the surge in travellers this festive season, KTMB has released over 278,000 ETS and KTM Intercity tickets for the Deepavali travel period between 16 and 26 October.

They've also added extra train services for the KL Sentral–Kluang and KL Sentral–Padang Besar routes, so passengers have more flexibility and smoother journeys home.
