AINZ & TULPE just opened a brand-new store at Sunway 163 Mall and it's packed with more than 5,000 beauty and skincare products from over 300 iconic brands
The Japanese beauty retailer, known for being one of Japan's top cosmetics stores, is continuing its Malaysian expansion with its fourth outlet here. And yes, they brought in some cult favourites too.
Beyond makeup and skincare, there's also a lifestyle area showcasing Francfranc, the trendy Japanese home and living brand. AINZ & TULPE is the first to introduce Francfranc to Malaysia, so expect chic décor and stylish home essentials you won't find elsewhere.

At the new store's launch event, AINZ & TULPE spotlighted two major names in J-Beauty and K-Beauty
Taking centre stage were AYURA, Japan's award-winning skincare brand known for gentle, calming formulations, and moonshot, the edgy South Korean beauty brand.
Guests were treated to a live beauty demo that showcased how AYURA's soothing, stress-resilient skincare pairs perfectly with moonshot's trendy, expressive makeup looks.
AYURA products included in the demo included Rhythm Concentrate Water and Serum (to hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier), UV Milk Sensitive (gentle daily sun protection), and Oil Shut Day Serum (to control
shine and keep skin fresh). Everything is plant-derived, lightly scented, and designed to help your skin stay calm, balanced, and hydrated throughout the day.
Meanwhile, moonshot features sustainable, vegan-friendly formulas and packaging. Plus, its Tone-process technology suits a wide range of skin tones.
Fans will be excited to know that the Pink Moon Edition Cushion, famous for its semi-matte finish with a subtle dewy glow underneath, is now available at the Sunway 163 Mall store. Also on the shelves are velvet texture tints, multi-use palettes, skin-caring bases, and setting products.
