For Malaysian artist Ahmad Hamidullah, working on Marvel films isn't new, but seeing his name in the credits of The Fantastic Four: First Steps is a first
Ahmad shared the moment on Threads, expressing his gratitude after spotting his name in the movie credits.
While it wasn't his first time working on a Marvel production, he noted that this was the first time he had been officially credited at the end of a Marvel movie.
"Alhamdulillah. Another year, another Marvel movie. This time, got credit in Fantastic Four," he wrote.

Ahmad said he was involved in the post-production process
In the comments section, he shared that he had worked on the film's post-production and contributed to several other Marvel shows and films.
"Yes, post-production. A couple of movies and TV series. I specifically did textures. The KL team mainly handled 3D assets.
"For Fantastic Four, we mainly worked on scenes featuring Moleman and Subterranea. The retro bus, the underground scenes — we did a lot of that.
"The company name is in the shot — Base FX. Will share more when I get the chance, inshaAllah," he said.
The Malaysian artist revealed that he actually works at a special effects company that has a branch in Kuala Lumpur
In an interview with SEISMIK, Ahmad shared that he worked on the film as a Senior Texture Artist at Base FX, based in Kuala Lumpur.
"Base FX mostly worked on scenes involving Moleman, the underground world of Subterranea, and vehicles.
"Everything from layouts, matchmoving, 3D assets, look development, rigging and animation, lighting and compositing — it was truly a huge team effort," he explained.
Having joined the company in 2018, Ahmad also shared that he's been involved in various other shows and films, including Ironheart, Ne Zha 2, Deadpool & Wolverine, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, The Mandalorian's first season, Out of the Nest, and Willy's Wonderland.
