Japanese pop rock singer LiSA will be bringing her LiVE is Smile Always～15～ Asia tour to Kuala Lumpur this June
The concert is set to take place at Mega Star Arena on 7 June, marking her first-ever solo concert in Malaysia.
Concert organiser SOZO confirmed that the KL stop is part of her 15th anniversary tour across Asia, which will also see her performing in cities including Taipei, Hong Kong, and Seoul.
The singer has also shared her excitement ahead of the show, greeting Malaysian fans with a short message on X: "Hi, Malaysia! This is my very first solo concert in Malaysia! I'm so excited to see you all!"
LiSA is best known for performing the theme songs for popular anime series such as Fate/Zero, Sword Art Online, Solo Leveling, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
Often dubbed the "Queen of Anime Music", she has received numerous awards for her work, particularly for her hit song Gurenge, the iconic opening theme of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The track earned her several major honours, including the 2019 Newtype Anime Award, the 2020 Japan Gold Disc Award, and the JASRAC Award in 2021.
