DADI Cinema has officially closed its outlet at Pavilion KL after over four years of operation, with TGV Cinemas set to take over the space in May 2026
In a heartfelt announcement shared on 4 March, DADI Cinema revealed that the closure was due to the end of its tenancy at the popular Bukit Bintang mall.
The cinema officially ceased operations today, 5 March, thanking customers for years of support and shared movie memories.

"For all these years, it has been our greatest joy to welcome you — to laugh together, cry together, and share countless unforgettable moments on the big screen," the management said in its farewell message.
Despite the Pavilion KL closure, the company confirmed that its Kedah outlet at DADI Central Square will continue operating as usual.
TGV Cinemas will take over starting May
Pavilion KL confirmed that TGV Cinemas will begin operating at the location in May 2026, marking a new chapter for the mall's movie-going experience.
The transition is part of Pavilion KL's ongoing effort to refresh its tenant mix and partner with brands that enhance the overall shopping and entertainment experience at the mall.
DADI Cinema first opened at Pavilion KL in 2021, introducing a premium cinema concept right in the heart of the city
The cinema franchise from China previously opened an outlet at Da Men Mall, however, it was forced to relocate in March 2025 due to a mall makeover.
Later that year, the cinema opened its outlet in Kedah.
