In a recent TikTok post, Ruhainies, whose full name is Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, said she wanted the mystery sender to reveal themself.
"Who keeps sending me flowers? When will they send a rombongan (ask for my hand in marriage)?" the Hikayat Pak Belalang actress quipped.

The post ignited speculation in the comments section, with many fans assuming the actress already has a "special someone"
"It's possible that Ruhainies is already in a relationship but prefers to keep it low-key. Or maybe it's Aliff Aziz who sent the flowers," read a comment.
"As long as it's not someone else's husband, hopefully the wedding happens soon," added another netizen.
In January, Ruhainies also uploaded a photo of herself with a bouquet of flowers.

The latest buzz surrounding Ruhainies comes after the actress was embroiled in controversy for being in close proximity (_khalwat_) with then-married Singaporean actor Aliff Aziz in March 2024
The pair was arrested in a condominium unit in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur at 12.35am on 9 March 2024.
Aliff and Ruhainies initially pleaded not guilty when they were charged on 3 July last year, but changed their plea on 21 February 2025, reported the New Straits Times.
The Federal Territories Syariah High Court fined them RM3,000 each for the offence.
Aliff was married to Malaysian singer Bella Astillah when he was arrested for khalwat. The couple divorced on 13 June last year after five years of marriage, reported Astro Awani.
