Jamie Flatters, best known for his role as Neteyam in Avatar: The Way of Water and Fire and Ash, was recently spotted in Malaysia and TikTok is spiralling
The English actor was seen hanging out with singer, model, and actress Salomé Das, who's half Malaysian, and the Internet is very much invested.
In a series of TikTok videos that feel more like a "hard launch" than a calculated celebrity PR moment, Jamie and Salomé were spotted being hilariously chaotic around KL.
The duo was seen running around Berjaya Times Square's indoor theme park, wandering Sungei Wang, singing along to random tunes, and generally acting like two people having way too much fun in the city
Naturally, food was involved
They later popped up at Jalan Alor, where Jamie fully embraced local favourites, tucking into nasi goreng kampung and char kuey teow like a true convert.
In other clips, Salomé is seen introducing him to teh tarik, hyping up the char kuey teow, and even getting him to try jackfruit.
The videos quickly sparked dating rumours, with fans zooming in on their easy chemistry, inside jokes, and very obvious comfort around each other.
While neither Jamie nor Salomé has confirmed anything, that hasn't stopped TikTok from connecting the dots.
In several clips, the two are also seen giving each other kisses, which only added fuel to the speculation fire.
