Mark your calendars 'cause GreenRoom is making its debut in Kuala Lumpur on 28 to 29 June, and it's set to bring the energy all weekend long
Billed as a new addition to Malaysia's independent music and arts landscape, GreenRoom combines live performances, art installations, workshops, and a curated marketplace all in one immersive, community-first experience.
The highlight of the weekend is Undercurrent: GreenRoom, a special one-night-only music showcase on 28 June at JAMBOX, JamPJ
Midnight Fusic.

With a mix of indie pop, alt-rock, and experimental sounds, this RM75 ticketed show is for anyone who wants to dance, headbang, or just vibe with good music and good people.

The GreenRoom Marketplace will run on both days from 11am to 10pm, with free entry for everyone.
Expect over 40 vendors, including:
- Vinyl records and cassette stalls
- Custom guitar pedal makers
- Handmade crafts and indie fashion
- Local food and drinks
- Plus surprise creative finds from across the local scene
If you're into art, you'll love the immersive installations by students from Dasein Academy of Art and creators from Tali Art Gallery.
Or get your hands dirty with creative workshops, including:
- Basic Guitar Setup with Rifdi from Guitar Hospital
- Recording 101 with producer Mokhtarizal (ISeekMusicStudio)
- Woodcut Printmaking with Sabah's own Pangrok Sulap collective
